Steam sells CONTROL Resonant at $59.99 (package 1292777) and Digital Deluxe Edition at $69.99 (package 1616852). Deluxe adds a digital artbook, original soundtrack, Untapped Artifact (Wallet), Starter Resource Bundle, and AWE Mission Outfit, plus 48-hour early access on the PS5 Digital Deluxe SKU in Japanese official press. Pre-purchase adds the Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket's Tool Artifact. Compare those three rows below, then check Launch for the September 24 date that deluxe early access sits in front of.

What $10 actually buys
The ten-dollar step from standard to Digital Deluxe Edition is not a season pass. Steam lists a digital artbook, original soundtrack, Untapped Artifact (Wallet), Starter Resource Bundle, and AWE Mission Outfit. Wallet is a named Artifact, which means Deluxe touches the Gap kit, not only the pause-menu extras. AWE Mission Outfit is a cosmetic with a CONTROL AWE label, not a second campaign.
Japanese official press is the source for 48-hour early access on PS5 Digital Deluxe. Steam's US packages do not reprint that hours figure in the same table, so the comparison row keeps the press attribution on the hours cell instead of pretending every storefront printed 48. If you are on Xbox or Steam, treat early access as unverified for that store until the storefront itself lists it.
Pre-order is an outfit and a tool
Pre-purchase is not a third SKU with a price. Steam lists the Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket's Tool Artifact as the pre-order unlock. Pickpocket's Tool is another named Artifact, so pre-order also touches the Gap slot budget. Hiss Corruption Outfit is the cosmetic that belongs on the pre-order graphic, not on a generic editions collage.
Annapurna Pictures is named as co-financier in the same Japanese press kit that details deluxe hours. That credit does not add a fourth edition. Standard, Deluxe, and the pre-order offer are the three published rows. Buy the SKU that matches whether you want Wallet and the artbook. A physical collector SKU was not on Steam's package list.
Package IDs 1292777 and 1616852 are the Steam handles for standard and Deluxe. Pre-order has no package ID because it is an offer attached to a purchase, not a separately priced SKU. Early access hours stay on the Deluxe column with the Japanese press note so the comparison does not smear 48 hours onto Xbox and Steam.

Buy standard at $59.99 if you only want the main game on Steam package 1292777. Buy Digital Deluxe at $69.99 if you want the artbook, soundtrack, Wallet Artifact, Starter Resource Bundle, and AWE Mission Outfit on package 1616852. Add pre-order if you want the Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket's Tool Artifact on top of whichever SKU you pay for.
PS5 Digital Deluxe is the only storefront Japanese official press ties to 48-hour early access. Steam US package text does not reprint that hours figure. Xbox Store product 9p092299fsgw and Epic's attested storefront follow the same September 24 digital day without a published hours bonus. Wallet and Pickpocket's Tool both spend Artifact slots, so Deluxe plus pre-order is two named extras against a three-slot first run.
